You can get mortgage up to 80% of the valuation price. Valuation will make one of Akbank`s independent expertises. Applicants need to fill the application form as attached along with income documentations. These are;
- At least 6 months wage slip or annual income report from employee
- At least 3 months bank statement
- For self employed need to proof of there register documents
After all necessary documents and application form have been received by Akbank, you application will investigate by our mortgage department. This process takes normally one month time if the supplied information is correct.
As a first bank in Turkey, our interest rates for our forren clients are as fallows:
- 1.39% per complete calendar month for New Turkish Lira
- 0.6% per complete calendar month for Euro
- 0.7% per complete calendar month for US Dollar
